Theraspeak puts families first.

We provide a friendly Pennsylvania-based integrated approach to goal-oriented speech and language treatment. We pair traditional speech therapy with caregiver training to increase the likelihood of carryover and improve treatment outcomes. Integrating direct treatment with caregiver involvement and coaching empowers families to help their loved ones and encourages practice outside of therapy sessions.

Our hybrid model allows families to choose what best suits their scheduling and lifestyle needs.

Theraspeak online speech services are immediately available to all individuals in Pennsylvania.

  • We treat across the lifespan from birth to adulthood.

  • Virtual services for early life (birth to 3) focus on caregiver coaching. Parents meet with their personal speech-language pathologist to develop strategies that foster early communication skills.

  • Virtual services for children older than 3 are delivered through a secure video conferencing platform with the child and a trusted caregiver.

  • Services for adults are delivered through a secure video conferencing platform.

Theraspeak in-person speech services are immediately available to individuals in Philadelphia and the surrounding suburbs.

  • In-person services are provided at home, in preschool, and in daycare.

  • Services provided in preschool and daycare facilities must be cleared with management prior to the onset of treatment.

  • Families will be provided with strategies for at home practice to help their loved ones progress.

Theraspeak currently has limited availability for in-person services in Northeastern and Western Pennsylvania.

How do I know if Theraspeak is right for me?

  • Your child has reached the one-year mark and you want to develop their language and communication skills from the comfort of your home.

  • You value consistent and confidential communication with your therapist.

  • Insurance will not cover continued speech and language services and you are looking for a high quality private pay treatment option for yourself or a loved one.

  • Your child receives speech therapy at school and you want to build the confidence to play a bigger role in your loved one’s development and progress.

  • You require flexible scheduling and want therapy to be delivered when you need it with no weekly commitments.

  • You believe your child would benefit from supplemental speech and language support services.

  • You need support with an augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) device.

Too often traditional speech services do not allow for consistent caregiver involvement. This may hinder progress, as well as leave families feeling vulnerable. ITS Theraspeak is striving to pick up where traditional therapy leaves off and empower our patients and their families to take control of their treatment outcomes.
